| Peter Barnes is a Fellow of the Business Continuity Institute.   |
| He is a specialist in business continuity management who is recognised throughout the world through his many years as General Manager and International Operations Director of Survive! The Business Continuity Group.   |
| He further developed his abilities in the application of BCP through a wide variety of consulting engagements at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he lead the UK BCP team until November 2001 prior to establishing 2C Consulting Ltd.   |
| Through his role at Survive, Peter played a key role in the development and formation of the Business Continuity Institute which went on to become the recognised professional certification body for the world-wide business continuity and disaster recovery profession. He has also contributed or participated in a number of forums developing business continuity standards and codes of practice in the UK, USA and Australia.   |

 | Development of a risk framework followed by design and implementation of business continuity and disaster recovery plans for a leading British voluntary sector organisation;   |
 | Development of a risk management framework for a leading defence contractor seeking to demonstrate compliance to Turnbull guidelines;   |
 | Wide-ranging risk reviews and audits of risk management strategies for a number of organisations in the services and manufacturing sectors; and   |
 | Programme Contingency Planning for a UK Government department going through a major change programme.   |
| Peter is joint editor of “The Definitive Handbook of Business Continuity Management” (Pub. J Wiley & Sons, May 2001).   |
